Jana Lee Beyo

Jana Lee Robison Beyo passed on to a better place January 16, 2017 at the age of 63. Jana is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 21 years Frank Beyo, her sisters-in-law Marianne Goodman and Linda Tate, and her beloved stepbrother William Robison. Jana will live on in the hearts of multitudes, including nieces and nephews Gregory Lee Goodman II, Stephanie Gail Goodman Stewart, Dawn Terese Stice, Angela Dee Stice, Terry Allen Stice II, Jason Anthony Collins, Alicia Brooke Tate and nine Grandnieces and -Nephews she loved dearly. Jana was born in Bakersfield, CA in 1953, the daughter of a Choctaw WWII Navy veteran and a 5th generation German-American telephone operator. Jana served briefly as a lifeguard, an EMT, a Pinkerton Guard at the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Plant, and captained her own Pacific Coast fishing boat for a couple years. She was an accomplished classical guitarist, was active in the arts and working with museums, gave generously to those less fortunate, and was a talented and creative seamstress.
