Obituary Jane Ann Renz (Arnold) "Janie" Ann Renz age 72 passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family and good friends on Sunday November 15, 2015. The Family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Poudre Valley Hospital and Pathways Hospice for all they did for Janie and the family. Jane is survived by her husband Randy Renz and her daughters Kelley Gregory (Wing), of Shakopee, MN and Michelle Wing, who recently moved to Plymouth, MN from Fort Collins, CO, and beloved Grandson Andy Gregory and his lovely wife Amanda of Blaine, MN. Jane is also survived by her siblings, Chris Koldeway (Arnold) of Anchorage, AK, Jeff Arnold and wife Sally of Windsor, CO, Allan Arnold and wife Paula of Anchorage, AK, and Cathy Fromm (Arnold) and husband Steve of Highlands Ranch, CO. Janie was predeceased by her son Rick Arnold (Wing) of Shakopee, MN and her parents Jim and Betty Arnold of Fort Collins, CO. Jane was born on April 1, 1943, in Dunlap, Iowa. She attended Fort Dodge Senior High School, in Fort Dodge, IA. Janie was a great woman, devoted wife, mother and grandmother and a great friend to many. She married Marty Wing in 1959 and the teenage couple had three beautiful children together. The family moved to Fort Collins, CO in 1979 where she began working as an electric and circuit board inspector at Woodward Governor. Janie and Marty were then divorced after 23 years of marriage. Janie then met and married Randy Renz a native of Fort Collins, CO on December 23, 1984. Randy and Janie have enjoyed being married for over 30 years. They enjoyed many dear friends and could often be found enjoying bowling or camping with friends. Janie was very compassionate to all and deeply committed to her children and family. Everyone knew Janie genuinely cared about you by the way she made all feel welcome and special. She enjoyed playing softball, camping and bowling. Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving person with a quick wit and always ready to have fun. A celebration of Janie's Life is scheduled for Thursday November 19, from 4:30 - 7:30 pm at the VFW at 603 Lesser Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado. Friends of Randy and Jane are welcome to join us. We encourage everyone to bring a happy story or fond memory.
