Janet S. Ford, 79 years old, passed away May 13, 2016. She is survived by her husband Jerry, sons Jerry Jr., Anthony (Stacey) and Jeffrey (Melinda), grandchildren Christina, Brittany, LaShea and Cameron, great grandchildren Kayla, Mark and Ryan, great great grandchild Mayla. Memorial services honoring Janet's beautiful life will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Bring's Broadway Chapel 6910 East Broadway Blvd. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Foundation at ALZ.ORG A special thanks to Micah Rumel & Chaplain Gary Henry from Agape Hospice & Palliative Care for making Janet's last day comfortable.
