Janet Kay Shelton Janet passed away peacefully at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA. on April 9th, 2009, she was 65. She was born December 1st, 1943 to Kenneth & Mildred Miller of South Prairie, Wa. Janet is survived by her children Shelly (Tim) Trent, Tammy (Will) Tall, & Greg (Tami) Shelton; 4 grandchildren; brother Allen (Wendy) Miller; sister Barb Wigton; Uncle Carl (Betty) Wheelock; sister-in-laws Jan Frisinger, Delores (Roy) Nagel, countless cousins, nieces & nephews Janet will be deeply missed by all. She touched countless lives with her loving, caring and selflessness nature. Janet always lived life to the fullest. She loved camping, traveling, sightseeing or just sitting around chatting with her friends and loved ones. Janet and Darleene Isbell ran the South Prairie Senior Center for 20 plus years. Even after the Senior Center was closed, Janet would still get all the seniors together for monthly potlucks at one of their homes or take them to The Country Buffet in Puyallup. Janet has done so much for so many people that it would be impossible to list every life she touched. When they say someone has a heart of gold, that was her. She was always quick with a smile & her bubbly cheer. Her laughter could always be heard. She was a great mother, grandmother, aunt, and most of all Friend. She will be forever in our prayers and thoughts. Memorial service will be held @ 2:00 p.m. on SATURDAY, APRIL 18th 1318 9th Ave. S.W. Puyallup Wa. There will be a POTLUCK immediately following the service. We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all that will be in attendance.
