Janice Marie Lander, age 85, of Mayfield, died July 13, 2022 at her home. She was born September 10, 1936 in Gloversville, the daughter of Floyd and Arlene (Hinds) Spraker. She was employed as office manager by Jacob Schulman and Co. for many years until her retirement. She was board member of the former Getman Home for many years. Janice is survived by her two brothers, Jack Spraker and Thomas Spraker; three nephews, Jake Spraker, Mark Spraker and Jamie Spraker; as well as several grandnieces and grandnephews. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the James Brennan Memirial Humane Society, 847 Nine Mile Tree Rd; Gloversville, NY 12078.
