Jasmine Gray
September 8th, 1994 - February 23rd, 2021
Jasmine was born on September 8th, 1994 in Boise, Idaho to Jessica Bartunek and Sean Gray. She passed from this life on February 23, 2021 near Payette, Idaho. Many friends and family members are deeply saddened by her sudden passing. Jasmine lived a bright, vibrant, adventurous life. She was a compassionate, loving, and selfless young woman that lit up the room just by coming through the door. She loved making sure she left those around her with a smile and a hug; usually lots of hugs! Jasmine grew up in Boise, Idaho with her mom, stepdad, younger sister, and two younger brothers; and in Santa Monica, CA with her dad and younger sister. She attended Mountain View Elementary, Fairmont Junior High, and Frank Church High School, graduating a year early as Valedictorian of her class in 2012. She loved being outdoors and had many opportunities to enjoy snowboarding, skateboarding, hanging out at the beach, and exploring. She was very creative and had a passion for crafting many different things and had a special talent for the art of Poi (fire spinning). To see her spinning Poi was absolutely beautiful, and you could feel her passion for it! There are so many friends and family members that will miss her deeply. She is survived by her mom, Jessica Bartunek; sister, Ashly Halverson; brothers, Caleb and Justin Halverson; dad, Sean Gray; sister, Sequoia Gray; stepdad, Chad Halverson; grandma, Julie Bartunek; grandpa, Lannie Bartunek; grandma Mary Louise (Lulu) Vaughn; great-grandma, Doris Harmer; best friend/cousin, Cherry Gustafson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends. -Life is Eternal; Love is Immortal-
