Jason Anthony Marsh

MARSH, Jason Anthony, 45, of Tampa, passed away August 18, 2011, at St. Joseph's Hospital, from complications of an alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency disease. He is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis; mother, Gail; father, John; and brother, Renick Marsh; aunts, Nancy Marsh, Bert Ann Boudreaux and Sandra Hurley; uncles, Ron Boudreaux and Joe Hurley; father-in-law, Michael LaFalce; sister-in-law, Helen LaFalce; brothers-in-law, Michael, Tom, Larry and Stephen LaFalce; great-aunts and cousins; and many extended family members and adoring friends. Jason has been welcomed into heaven by his uncle, Jerry Marsh; mother-in-law, Gloria LaFalce; grandparents, Bert and Bobbie Ford, along with Jack and Carlene Marsh; dearly loved friends; and all the family animals. He had an amazing sense of humor, was a gifted photographer, a lifelong Bucs and avid Rays fan, a wonderful cook, a devoted dad to his precious pets, and a lover of nature and the world at large. The family is grateful to Albert Tawil, M.D., AlphaNet, Prolastin, and the physicians, nurses and staff of St. Joseph's Hospital for all their loving care. A Memorial Mass took place at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 27, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church on 5225 N. Himes Ave. in Tampa. A joyful celebration of his life followed.
