Jason passed away February 13, 2016 in Lacey, Washington at age 44. He was born August 31, 1971 to Dave and Liz Zimmer in Tacoma, Washington. He graduated from North Thurston High School, and married Tanya Holmes on June 15, 1996. He was a medical transporter for Horizon Medical. Jason had a great, cheerful personality and loved to meet new people and make them feel good. He was an avid sports fan, and loved the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners. He also enjoyed collecting football cards and antique signs. He was a member of Olympia-Lacey Church of God. He is survived by his wife, Tanya Zimmer of Lacey; sons, Christian Zimmer, Ian Zimmer and Adam Zimmer all of Lacey; daughter, Autumn Zimmer of Lacey; parents Dave and Liz Zimmer of Lacey; brothers, Jon Zimmer of Centralia, and Jeremy Zimmer of Lacey; and grandmother, Mary Franklin of Lacey. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Ashby W. Franklin; and paternal grandparents, Melvin E. and Alice M. Zimmer.
