Jayda Robin Johnson was born on Jan. 5, 2011 in Edmonds, WA and died on July 3, 2024 in Lynnwood.  Jayda, forever 13, was taken from us way too soon. Jayda was a daughter, a dancer, a sister, a singer, a granddaughter, a movie buff, a niece, a lover of all music, a cousin, and she was a wonderful friend to many.

Our precious Jayda was a girl full of life who loved all things about it.  She loved exploring new places, singing, and dancing.  She seemed to know every song and movie ever made. She loved her younger siblings and was her baby brother’s favorite person. 

A quiet Jayda was rare, as she was a firecracker that could light up any room she was in. Infected everyone around her with laughter and playfulness.  She could get others to join in on the fun no matter what it was, and she had a remarkable ability to console and uplift even strangers, quickly becoming their friend.

Jayda is survived by her mother and father Tabatha and Jeremy Johnson and her two little brothers Darian, 7 and Izaiah, 1. 

She is also survived by her grandmothers Marca “Nonna'' Johnson and Nicole Ritchey, grandfather Barry Tremain, Aunt Telsa Tremain, Uncle Travis.

In addition, Jayda is survived by a host of other family and friends who loved her dearly: Cheryl Huffman, Cali Huffman, Chantay Ritchey-Huffman, Patricia “Ja-me” Thorson, Blessing “Ember” Thorson, Peyton Thorson, Joanne Malpica & her 5 sons, Tanica Wilson, Tina Hogan, Toni Birditt, Daniel Jr., Destiny, Jeremiah, Remiah and their mother Brittani Woods, Maelisa Nawas, Macy Nearing, Alex Savoye, Keyri, Gabby, Saba, Miracle, Sammy, Aston, and many more. 

Jayda was preceded in death by her Grandfather John “JJ” Johnson, her Grandmother Teresa Medina, and Great Aunt Susy Birditt.
