Jeanne Lorraine Krahn
February 16th, 1927 - November 24th, 2015
Jeanne Lorraine (Ingertila) Krahn passed away peacefully at home in Mountlake Terrace. She was 88 years old. Jeanne was born Feb 16, 1927 to Wiljo and Gertrude (Erickson) Ingertila. She was born and raised on a farm in Kent and was top in her High School graduating class.She married Gordon Graham in 1946. They had three children: Pamela, Michel and Debbie. She was widowed in 1963 and married Stanley Krahn in 1965. He had 5 children and together two more children were born: Jeannie and Tim. Jeanne was active in Bethesda Lutheran Church, Friends of the Library, Lady Lions and numerous other activities and was nominated for the Jefferson Award. This year Stan and Jeanne celebrated their 50 Anniversary surrounded by friends and family. Jeanne is preceded in death by her daughter Pamela Whitaker and son Michel Graham, first husband Gordon Graham, brother Richard Ingertila, and grandson Harley Burton. She is survived by her loving husband Stanley Krahn, daughters Debbie (Bob) Gilmore and Jeannie (Rod) Cockle, her son Timothy, daughter-in-law Dee Graham, son-in-law Gary Whitaker. Also by Stans children: David Krahn, Dottie (Dan) Burton, Dean (Shirree) Krahn, Laurie (Dennis) Loeber and Denise (Chris) Krout. She had 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was very well loved and will be greatly missed by family as well as many friends worldwide. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 4:00pm on December 12th at Bethesda Lutheran Church, Mountlake Terrace.
