I am honored to have married into this family and will treasure the time I was able to spend with Ms Sherman, both among other family members and just the two of us. We found common ground in many more things than expected, notably squabbling about Catholicism or what's better to eat for lunch. But the most enjoyable thing we shared was an openness and a rather terse sarcasm toward things we don't feel matter as much in life. I'll miss you and wish we spent more time together. Whatever is next, I hope it includes lots of houses and trains.
