Jeff was born in Portland Oregon on April 11, 1979, and was married to Charlotte Cook on August 2nd,2014. Their daughter Quora was born on Nov.18th,2019. Charlotte, Quora, and their dog Mini were the loves of Jeff’s life. Jeff graduated from Jesuit High School in 1998 and Santa Clara University in 2003, where he earned his degree in electrical engineering. Jeff was the elder son of Donna and John Dougherty. He has a younger brother Scott who is married to Marian Dalmy. They have two children, Avery 5, and Aiden 2. Jeff, being an honorable man, attempted to save the world by preaching: “Make peace with your fellow men and women and forgive them so that they shall forgive you. Be peaceful to those who rule over you, even unto the unreasonable, so that GOD shall forgive you and also them.” His generous smile and warm heart will be missed by all who love him.
