Jeffrey Alan Henry
August 13th, 1961 - April 14th, 2020
It is with sad hearts that we must say, “until we meet again” to our beloved Jeffrey Alan Henry 58 of Commerce City. He passed away on April 14, 2020 from complications from cancer. Jeff was born on August 13,1961 in Hugo Colorado to William and Sharon Ogden. Soon after Jeff’s younger sister Debra was born. Sharon and William soon after divorced and moved on, Sharon went on to remarry Dean Henry of Genoa,Colorado. Dean took the kids under his wing adopting them as his own and giving them his last name. Not to long after that Dean and Sharon welcomed a baby girl named Susan and then they welcomed Jaymz Henry. Jeff’s father also went on to remarry and has 2 more boys, Mike and Dan Ogden. Jeff grew up a country boy who’s family loved him very much.During Jeff’s adult life he was blessed with 3 children he loved deeply. He has 2 sons Justin and Kyle and 1 daughter Tashia. His children grew up to make him a loving grandpa of 10 grandkids. Jeff loved them more than they could ever know. Jeff really enjoyed the outdoors. He loved going camping and fishing, watching nascar and collecting coins and antique items, finding and collecting arrowheads, sitting around the fire pit in the back yard with friends and family enjoying the company. He rarely missed the races at Bandimere speedway. One of his most favorite things was spending time with the grandkids. He was also very dedicated to his job at direct truck shop where he was employed for 17 years until he passed. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Sharon and Dean Henry, and his dog buddy who is patiently awaiting his arrival. He is survived by his only daughter Tashia Spidell, his sons Justin Henry and Kyle Henry and his 10 grandkids, his siblings Debra, Susan, Jaymz, Mike and Dan. His biological father William Ogden, a few aunts and uncles as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. Our beloved Jeff Henry will be greatly missed by his family and friends, I know in my heart that anyone that ever had the chance to talk with Jeff or got to know him is deeply hurting right now and will greatly miss him. He was such a gentle soul and was so much fun to be around. “REST EASY JEFF”.
