Jeffrey "Jeff" Scott Kramer
October 29th, 1960 - June 28th, 2018
JEFFREY S. KRAMER, or as best known by many, “KRAMER” age 57 of Sullivan passed away Thursday June 28, 2018 as a result of an auto accident. He was born on October 29, 1960 in Fort Atkinson to Eugene and Patricia (Klossner) Kramer. Jeff was employed at PLM for the past 15 years, working in the concrete division. He had farmed with his father for many years and had owned his own concrete business, Windfield Construction. “Kramer” enjoyed hunting, ice biking, downhill skiing, and loved the outdoors. Jeff loved people and would do anything for anyone. He will always be remembered for his contagious laugh. He is survived by his parents Eugene and Patricia Kramer of Watertown, his brother Joel (Debbie) Kramer of Wisconsin Rapids, nephews Benjamin Kramer and Isaac Kramer, niece Sydney Kramer, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Harry and Alice Kramer, Frederick and Marie Klossner, his aunt / Godmother Katie Braunschweig. Memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday July 7, 2018 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Jefferson with the Rev. David Zandt presiding. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. In Jeff’s memory, guests may dress casual.
