Jeffrey Ryan "Jeff" McLellan, 26, of St. Petersburg, Florida died Saturday, June 14, 2008. He was born in Middletown, Connecticut and came here in 1994 from Los Angeles, California. He was a 2000 graduate of Boca Ciega High School and was a bartender and server at Red Lobster Restaurant. He is survived by his parents, Joel C. McLellan and Christine A. Rossitto; 1 brother, Jeremy R.
