Jeffrey Lynn Pannell, 50, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020. Jeff was born in Kingsport where he has lived all his life. He graduated from Sullivan South High School. Jeff worked several years for Little Caesar and Chemgrate. In addition to his grandparents, he was preceded in death by his mother Lana Lunsford Pannell. Survivors include his wife, Karen; his son, Tyler Pannell (Plano TX); stepson, Jesse Hayes (Blountville); stepdaughter Shantell Bogle (Harrtown) ; father and stepmother Jerry and Karen Pannell (Johnson City); brother Michael Pannell and wife Patricia (Seymour); two sisters Kristen Aycock and husband Daniel (Charlottesville VA) and Ashley Stidham and husband Zach (Kingsport); brother-in-law Bobby Bullock (Kingsport); one niece Lana Pannell (Seymour).
