Life Story Jeffrey D. Pence, 54, of Nampa, died on Monday, September 21, 2015 at a local hospital. He attended Nampa High School and later received his GED when he was 21. Jeff worked for a couple of years at Nampa Care Center where he was a nurse’s aide. He also worked at the onion factory in Nampa and was a maintenance worker for the Caldwell School District for 4 years. Ten years prior to his death, he started doing lawn maintenance and gardening for friends as well as elderly women in his community and for his mother. He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Fitch of Meridian, brothers: James Pence of Pittsfield, NH and Brian Pence of St. Louis, MO. Jeff is preceded in death by his sister, Debra Rivera, father, George Pence and step-father, David Morey. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. This vision is reflected in our building, a Tudor-style home built in 1938 for a local postman. When remodeling the house to accommodate the funeral home, much care was taken to preserve the original architectural integrity of the building.
