Jeffrey Carl Siopa, Jr., age 12 passed away Wednesday July 20, 2016 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Lambeth-Troxler Funeral & Cremation Service is assisting the family. Jeffrey was born September 10, 2003 to Jeffrey Siopa, Sr. and Sonia Maritza Serrano Siopa in Philadelphia, PA. He had a very large family who loved him dearly. He was a student at Broadview Middle School in Burlington, NC. Surviving are his parents, his older sister Arianna Siopa of the home, grandparents Sandra Jasper and husband Paul of Philadelphia, PA, Miguel Carrion of Philadelphia, PA, aunts; Christine Salazar and husband Jose of Snow Camp, NC, Ruth Persaud and husband Rishi of Orlando, FL, Sue Ellen Olmos and husband Ruben of Burlington, NC and Jennifer Siopa of Lansdale, PA, uncles; David Serrano and wife Carley of Lebanon, PA, Michael Siopa of Philadelphia, PA, best friend and cousin Ruben R. Olmos of Burlington, NC, best friend Leonardo Romero of Philadelphia, PA and his favorite teacher Eugenia Jarrett along with numerous cousins, friends and family.
