Jennifer Lynne Carter, age 41, of Palatine Bridge, passed on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam. She was born June 4, 1981 in Gloversville, the daughter of Ronald and Connie (Roe) Carter. She worked in various hospitality settings in Texas, Florida and New York. She loved her dog "Norbit" and was an excellent cook. Jennifer is survived by her fiance, Nicholas Schultz; two children, Anthony Sanabria and Christopher Sanabria of Florida; her mother, Connie Carter (David Ogsbury) of Mayfield; her father, Ronald Carter of Palatine Bridge; two siblings, Christen Burton and Jeremy Todd Roman of Johnstown; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Life will take place at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Rob Constantine Recovery Community Center, 33 Bleecker St; Suite 101, Gloversville, NY 12078.
