Jennifer Lynn Packer

Packer, Jennifer Lynn "Jenny", 51, of St. Pete Beach, died Sunday, March 9, 2008. Jenny was born and raised in Ypsilanti Mich, relocating to Fl in 1983. The tradition of the Irish Pub was important to Jennifer and she became involved with her family's local business, Harp & Thistle Pub on St. Pete Beach from 1984 until 2002. A Celtic enthusiast, she befriended many on her travels to festivals throughout the nation. An avid photographer, she believed in the strength and love of family shows her passion through photos exhibiting Jenny's philosophy "love, loyalty and friendship." Jenny is survived by her loving daughter, Meaghan Radkins, life partner Joseph Balog, mother Patricia Packer, siblings Michael, Colleen, Laurie, Julie and her loving nieces and nephews Robert, Michael, Thomas, Jozef, Deirdre, Sinead, Mollie, Erin, Fiona and Clover. Jenny will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial donations to be made to the Jennifer Packer Memorial Fund, P. O. Box 66964, St. Pete Beach, FL 33736. Friends may call on Saturday, March 15th at Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers-Tyrone Chapel, 7820 38th Ave N from 11am until service time at 1pm. There will be a gathering for family and friends at Ricky T's Sports Bar, 6100 Beach Blvd., St. Pete Beach following the service.
