Jeremy L. Grimes, 25, of Edgewater, died on Sunday January 22, 2012 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born January 13, 1987 in Silver Spring, he lived in Edgewater with his parents Frances and Daniel Eisel. A 2005 graduate of South River High School, an avid swimmer, Jeremy loved snow and skate boarding, boating and the art of tattooing. He was a very outgoing individual who was loved by all he met. Jeremy is also survived by his sister, Amanda Eisel of Hagerstown, grandparents, Robert and Jean Grimes of Kensington, MD and Brenda Louia of Kensington, and his uncle (brother) Bobby Grimes of MD. He also leaves behind six uncles, five aunts, one great aunt, 2 great uncles, and numerous cousins and dear friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday January 27, 2012 at the Community Bible Baptist Church, 509 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401 at 11:00 a.m. Having helped others in his sudden death, the family asks in lieu of flowers that expressions of sympathy be made to R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland at www.umm.edu/shocktrauma/donate or Community Bible Baptist Church, Annapolis, MD.
