Jeri "Roonie" Linda Cox
October 27th, 2022
Jeri "Roonie" Linda Cox, 68, of Tucson, Az., passed away on October 27, 2022. Jeri enjoyed cheerleading and being yearbook editor at Pueblo High School, and maintained a lifelong interest in fashion and beauty. After earning her associate's degree, she worked in quality assurance for companies including Intertek, IBM, and TEC. Jeri had two children, Michael and Matthew. Being a mother was one of the most important parts of Jeri’s life, a role that gave her much pride and joy. Jeri was a loving mom and grandmother—supportive, generous, and full of humor. We will all miss her dearly. Jeri was predeceased by her sister, Christel Snodgrass. She is survived by her parents, Jerry and Marjorie Cox, her two brothers, William Cox and Tony (Melanie) Cox, her sons Michael (Erin) Hagedon and Matthew DeRosa, and her grandchildren, Christopher Hagedon and Prisca Hagedon. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jeri’s name to Sheepfold of Arizona. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, at Adair Funeral Home (Dodge Chapel), 1050 N. Dodge Blvd, Tucson.
