Jerry Wayne Allen
May 22nd, 1961 - October 28th, 2020
Jerry Wayne Allen passed away on Wednesday, October 28, at the age of 59. He is survived by his loving family: his wife Francine, daughter Samantha, mother Jeanice, siblings David (Sachiko), Charles (Jen), Chris Speros (Jim), Jesse, Anne Werner (Jesse), and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who thought the world of him. Jerry is predeceased by his father Charles Sr. and sisters Beth, Jackie, and Sharon Ann. A special mention goes out to Jerry’s In-laws: he touched the hearts of Genevieve, Ray, Nanci, Peter, Janice, Monte, Steven, Lisa, and James. Jerry was born in Cottonwood, Arizona and moved to Tucson in 1980 where he lived for 40 years. Jerry was loved and cherished by everyone he met. He lit up any room he walked into, and had a warm, approachable charisma. He also had a knack for making anyone smile by joking around and lightening the mood. He was good-natured, bighearted, and a lovable person to all. Jerry was a very hard worker. He was a valued employee of Mirage Plastering Inc. for almost 36 years. He took pride in his home by designing and crafting unique features. Jerry loved to hike, camp, fish, and cook. He also followed U of A sports as well as his beloved Dallas Cowboys. Jerry will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends.
