81, of Gulfport, died July 23, 2013. Jerry was formerly from Hackensack, NJ and is a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his loving wife Annette (Daquanna) D'Ambrosio; his 2 beloved daughters, Linda Noto and Victoria Hurguy, son-in-laws Michael Noto Jr. and Michael Hurguy and his 3 grandchildren, Michael III, Matthew and Jason Noto, who were his pride and joy. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Suncoast Hospice Foundation. Contributions can be made by mail, to 5771 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760. Military Honors will be presented at Bay Pines National Cemetery following services, on Thursday, August the 8th, at 2:15 PM sharp.
