Jesse Hendrix

Jesse Hendrix, 71, husband of the late Donna Hendrix, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022. He was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky to the late Jess and Lola Barnett Hendrix on September 14, 1950. Mr. Hendrix worked with stallions for Vinery Horse Farms. He was a member of the Revival Tabernacle Church in Lexington where he loved to serve the Lord. He loved being around his grandchildren and great grandchildren, working in the yard and fishing. He is survived by his daughter, Donna (Joesy) Adams, Midway; son, Jesse (Olivia) Hendrix, Midway; grandchildren, Justin (Amelia) Hendrix, Destiny (Maddie) Hendrix and Emiley Adams; great grandchildren, Mackenzley, Kaylee, Kylee, River, Violet, Willow, Sheyenne, Kada and Trey; sisters, Beulah White, Pearl (Buddy) Brooks, Versailles and Sue (Dorsey) Bowman; and brothers, Johnny (Theresa) Hendrix and Glenn Hendrix. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, February 7, 2022 at Clark Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Midway Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Olivia Monzon, Joesy Adams, Maddie Williams, Danny Marcum, Justin Hendrix, Kayla Hayes. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Revival Tabernacle Church in Lexington.
