Frankfort – Jessica Elizabeth Banks, 37, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. She was born in Lexington on February 23, 1982 to Bonnie Banks and the late Andy Brown. Jessica worked for Sage Garden Café. She is survived by her fiancé, Michael Rice; her daughters, Jasmine Burrell, Korynn Rice, and Paisley Rice; her sons, Brixton Rice, and Talon Rice; her brother, William (Rachel) Banks; and her nieces, Regan Banks, and Haley Brown. Funeral service will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Pastor Jeff Douglas officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
