Jessica Sarah Berg

Jessica Sarah Berg died unexpectedly Thursday March 22, 2018 at her home in Englewood, CO. Jessica was born February 8, 1984 in Greeley and lived at her family's farm and cattle feeding operation outside of Eaton. When she was 4 years old her family moved to Grand Lake and eventually settled in Loveland. Jessica graduated from Loveland High School in 2002, splitting her senior year between regular classes and a work study program. Jessica brought her caring spirit and compassion to her work in geriatric hospice units in Loveland. Jessica's daughter Ava was born in 2006. In 2012 Jessica moved to Englewood to be with her companion Derek where she trained and worked as an esthetician. Jessica loved her family, her pets, making herself and others beautiful, cooking, spending time with friends, and bad horror movies. Her sharp wit and sense of humor was softened by her glorious smile and ready laughter.  Jessica is survived by her daughter Ava Jennings; companion Derek McCollough; mother Marcia Field; father Joel Berg; brother Simon Berg; sister Aaron Owens; her grandmother Sarah Marriner; Ava's father Mike Jennings; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  A memorial service will be held at Viegut Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. Viewing will be held Tuesday at Viegut Funeral Home from 3pm-7pm.
