Jessica Katherine Knight

Jessica Katherine Knight, 22, of Parker, Colorado passed away at home on September 2, 2021. Jessica was born on February 3, 1999 in Denver, Colorado to Derek and Julie (Fruehling) Knight. Jessica graduated from Frontier High School in Elizabeth, Colorado in 2017. While growing up, Jessica loved to play basketball, and was very involved in Elbert County 4-H. Her favorite project was cake decorating, but she also won awards for quilting and crochet projects. Jessica loved art, and dreamed of becoming a tattoo artist. She also had a long term goal to become an EMT or paramedic. She loved to spend time with her family, and especially loved all the family dogs. Jessica is survived by her parents, Derek and Julie Knight; brothers Travis Knight of Spanish Fork, UT and Landry Knight (Nicole) of Broken Arrow, OK; grandfather Gerald Fruehling of Aurora, CO, grandparents Al and Brenda Knight of Claremore, OK; aunt Jennifer McClellan (Hank) of Aurora, CO; and cousins Jacquelyn Dax (Ryan) of Parker, Colorado and Andrew McClellan (Sol) of Parker, CO. She was preceded in death by grandmothers Jacquelyn Murphy and Sandra Fruehling. A memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 2-6 pm at the home of Derek and Julie Knight - 41401 N. Pinefield Cir., Parker, CO 80138.
