On Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 Jessica "Angel" Dawn Smith, a loving daughter and sister, passed away at the age of 29. Jessica was born on January 9th, 1989 in Fredericksburg VA to Sharon J. Smith and Richard R. Smith. Jessica is survived by her brother and sisters Jason S. Sellers, Amy M. Sullivan (Sellers), and Kristie J. Sellers. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Jessica was not only beautiful but outgoing, strong-willed, and loving. Her services will be held at 352 Watson Rd. in Parkersburg W.V. on October 28th from 1-4pm.
