Matt and Sara and Steve...I am SO SORRY for your loss. I didn't know her as well as I wish I could have, but I did get the chance to talk with her on several occasions and I TRULY know what you are going through, may-be not as the loss of a spouse, but most certainly as the loss of a Mother. They are hard people to lose. I just found out about her passing, honestly by chance...and I could continue using my words, but my words alone cannot express the empathy I feel for you in the manner of the loss of your Mother. My prayers and thought are with all of you, I wish I had known sooner. I sign this with the sincerest prayers I can give...Tammy

God took you away from us too soon, but I also know he had his reasons. I love you Mom and I know you are in a better place where you are healthy and happy.

I first became friends with Jill when she lived in Wallowa and she worked at Wallowa Elementary School. She and I clicked instantly. We even took a few horse riding lessons together. Also Jill and Steve were neighbors in the country outside of Wallowa. I enjoyed my visits at their place where you were always made welcome. Jill was one of the kindest most thoughtful people I have ever known. I will so miss her.

I have many fond memories of Jill growing up. Sarah and I were inseparable when we were younger and I remember Jill being incredibly sweet and loving to me. I will never forget all those amazing times with that family. Much love to Sarah and the whole family during this time. I hold you all in my heart.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Jill about two years ago. I didn't know her all that well but it became very obvious to me in that short time that she is a truly amazing soul. The love and impact she had for her husband, children, family and friends will be carried with them forever.

Jill and her family were like a second home to me. We rode horses together, went camping together and enjoyed many family birthdays together. Even though I had not seen her in many years, she has always been in my thoughts. She will be missed by all who knew her.

I am Jill's son Matthew's girlfriend of almost five years. In those five years Jill was the mother I never had. I told her anything and everything. She meant so much to me and I had the great honor of being called her "other" daughter. I will miss her laugh, her sense of humor, and most of all, miss calling her four times a week just to talk. I love you Jill, and I know you are in a better place.
