Jim L. Minns was born April 1, 1954 in Collin Texas. Jim passed away peacefully at his home on May 24, 2023 with his wife by his side. Jim graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1972. Jim also retired from EMW Gas Association in 2006. Jim was a long time resident of Estancia N.M. in 2020 he was able to go back to his passion when he was able to open up "The Fruit Stand" he is survived by his wife Christine Gutierrez-Minns, Daughter Lorie Gutierrez, Son in-law Ryan Duncan, Grand children Clinton Lopez Jr. Gracie Lopez, Son Jason Minns and family and also brothers Charlie Minns, Ricky Gutierrez, Tony Gutierrez and sisters Cindy Lofing, Gloria Madrid and Cindy Gutierrez and also many nieces and nephews. Jim is preceeded in death with his father Jacob Minns and daughter Amanda Cecil. Jim will be truly missed.
