Jo Anne Anne Park

Our Beloved mother, Jo Anne Park, passed away early Monday morning, Dec. 26, 2011. She leaves behind her four children and their spouses, Robert and Karin Ann Park of Boulder Creek, Kellie and Ken Reasoner of Manteca, Ca., Rick and Cathy Park of Eau Claire, Wi., and Michael and Stacie Park of Sand Canyon, Ca. She was fondly known as Mamma Jo by her eight grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and still more to come. She would have made it to great great grandmother status had she lived another month. She was preceded in death by her husband James, the love of her life, in 1992 and has missed him every second of every day since. Her children take comfort in knowing that they have been reunited. Jo Anne was an active member of the Boulder Creek community, she did volunteer work for several organizations, including fundraisers for Valley Churches United, The Boulder Creek Fire Department, and San Lorenzo Valley Historical Museum. Member of the local Red Hat Society she enjoyed her many lunch and dinner outings with her scarlet topped comrades. A memorial service will be held at The Odd Fellows Lodge at 152 Forrest Ave. (upstairs) at 12 noon on Friday, Dec. 30, 2011 with a reception at Scopazzi's afterwards.
