Joan C. Williams Joan Carol Williams, 75, of Corning, CA passed away on February 23, 2009 at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA. Joan was born on November 26, 1933 in Jackson, California to Jess and Josephine Hamrick. Joan attended Jackson High School and on October 14, 1952 she married Ken Williams. Joan was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed greatly by her husband of 56 years, Kenneth Williams of Corning; daughter, Donna Williams of Corning; son Glen Williams, and his wife, Lanette of Wasilla, Alaska; four grandchildren Anthony Williams, Alycia Hann, Amy Hagbo and Amanda Williams; and two great granddaughters, Kendall and Karli Hagbo.
