Joanne T Hall
December 10th, 1935 - September 19th, 2022
Joanne Hall passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 19th, 2022 in Cambridge, WI. She was 86 years old. Joanne was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 10, 1035 and lived and worked there until moving to Bartlett, Illinois in 1975 where she lived until her retirement as an admin assistant at Stutz and Daughters Plumbing in 2008. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years (Paul, 2011), and parents Wilburn and Isabel (Housey) Cathers. Joanne is survived by her sons Mitchell (Judy) Hall of Elgin, IL and Steven (Amy) Hall of Austin TX, and four grandchildren (Megan, William, Teddie, and Ava). A mass in her honor will be held on Monday, September 26th at St. Pius the X, 701 W Water St, in Cambridge. Visitation will be 10-11, mass as celebrated by Father David Timmerman to begin at 11 with interment immediately following at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Atkinson, WI. A luncheon will then be provided back at St. Pius X church. Joanne was of Lebanese dissent and the first-generation of her family born in America. Joanne most enjoyed spending quality time with her family, preparing Lebanese food for her family and friends, as well as playing cards with friends in Cambridge. Joanne was also very fond of most all pets and had dogs, specifically collies or poodles, throughout most of her adult life. She was a devout Catholic and member of several churches throughout her faith journey, most recently Resurrection church in Wayne, IL and St. Pius the X of Cambridge, WI. Those wishing may provide a donation in her name to the American Cancer Association or St. Pius Catholic Church of Cambridge, WI.
