Nicholasville, KY Jody Russell J.R. Blevins, 39, Nicholasville, KY, passed away October 16, 2016. He is survived by a longtime companion, Lori Pate; father Ronnie (Jewell) Blevins of Nicholasville, KY; mother Cheryl (Doug) Kern of Ohio; daughters Kelsa Brooke Blevins of Meade County and Naomi Faye Blevins Rice of Danville, KY; sister, Angie (Dan) Manz of Ohio; brother, Jeff (Katie) Blevins of Berkley, California; step-brothers Steve (Jennifer) Lathery of Nicholasville and Jeff (Jenifer) Lathery of Versailles, KY; grandmothers, Azona Blevins of Shady Valley, TN and Janice Wolfe of Ohio, plus numerous other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Berry Blevins of Shady Valley, TN. He was employed of Moldings Solutions in Lexington, KY. He was a former employee of Trim Masters in Nicholasville. He attended Tates Creek and Lafayette High Schools in Lexington, KY. He enjoyed hiking at Cumberland Falls, watching Kentucky Basketball, Tennessee Football and DJing. Funeral Information Visitation is 4-7 PM, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, followed by the funeral service at 7 PM, officiated by Brother Kyle Blevins.
