GALLAGHER, Joe Carl, 57, of Seffner, formerly of Lakeland went to sleep peacefully at home and woke in heaven on August 2, 2008. Joe was a disabled veteran who proudly served his country as a Navy Seal. Pre-deceased by his mother, Joyce. Survived by his wife of 32 years, Heidi; father, Joseph James; brother, James; and special dog, Wuppy. Joe always had a song to sing, a joke to tell and was an expert marksman. He loved nature and had a spiritual rapport with all animals. His work in Amazon parrots is world renowned. Joe’s earthly pain and wheel chair are left behind and he is now running freely on heavens fields. God speed my love.
