Wilmore, KY Joseph M. Joey Chavarria, 35, died August 28, 2017. He is survived by his wife Maggie (Evans) Chavarria; daughter Emily Chavarria; sons Joseph CJ Chavarria and James Chavarria; sisters Rosa (Brian) Thompson, Jennifer (Jeff) Hood and Kim (McGregor) Merida; brothers Matt (Mandy Prater) Kelley, Jimmy (Wendy) Chavarria, Tony (Tabatha) Chavarria, Eric Chavarria, Timothy (Natalie) Chavarria, Alex Chavarria and Cody Chavarria; parents Jose and Mary (Kelley) Chavarria; sister-in-law Becky (Jr.) Holman; brother-in-laws Chuck (Lisa) Evans, Kieth (Missy) Evans and Anthony (Rochelle) Evans; mother and father-in-law Scott and Betty Evans and many beloved nieces and nephews. Joey loved music, especially Waylon, Willie and the Boys. He liked to spend a quiet day on a river bank fishing, but he was one of the hardest working people you could know. He was the co-owner operator of Straight Line Flooring, where he was known for his honesty and work ethic. Joey was bigger than life, but never too big to hold and rock a baby. He was always the center of attention; cutting up and making people laugh. Family was always the center of his life, but he would help anyone in need. Funeral Information There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends from 2-4PM, Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing followed by a Celebration of Joeys Life service at 4PM.
