Joginder Singh Grewal, 74, passed away on January 8, 2015. He was a resident of Yuba City for the last 10 years.Joginder was born on July 15, 1940 in Rehana Jattan, India. He served in the Indian Army for 20 years before immigrating to England.Joginder is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Bhajan Kaur. He also leaves behind his two sons, Gurmail Singh (Nirmal Kaur) and Kulvir Singh (Kuljit Kaur); his two daughters, Sukhvinder K. Bains (Muk S. Bains) and Kulvinder K. Bains (Jaskaran S. Bains); ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Joginder was preceded in death by his parents, Kabal Singh and Pritam Kaur.Joginder's strength, courage and unconditional love is respected and admired by those whose lives he touched. His memory will forever be in our hearts.Prayer services will begin at the Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 18, 2015, followed by final prayers and cremation. Additional prayer services will follow at the Sikh Temple on Bogue Road in Yuba City, CA.
