He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Sally Lee; sons, John William Abel the third; Richard Allan Abel; Timothy Joseph Abel; daughter Jennifer Lee, (Michael) Jennings, grandchildren, Christa Lee Jennings; Joy Elyse Jennings; Richard Jonathan Abel; Arielle Christian (Andrew) Morgan ; David Allan Abel and one great grand daughter Madeleine. Military burial to be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2016 at Tahoma National Cemetery; 18600 SE 240th Street Kent, WA 98042 Memorial service to be held at 10 a.m. Saturday July 9, 016 at Orting community Baptist Church, 308 Kansas Street Southwest, Orting, Washington.
