John Paul Boyer, 72, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012. He was a native of St. Petersburg and was a graduate of Northeast High School. He was an Army veteran of the Viet Nam War and retired from General Electric after 35 years. He is survived by his daughter, Anna M. Boyer of Pinellas Park, FL; his son, Kevin M. Boyer of New Port Richey, FL; his brother, James D. Boyer of Port Charlotte, FL; and 4 grandchildren, Nikki Payne, Taylor Boyer, Zachery Boyer, and Sammantha Boyer. He was predeceased by his wife, Marlene. The family will receive friends 2-4 PM Sunday, June 3, 2012 at E.
