Obituary John Carroll Burr, 62 of Ft Collins, passed away at home February 20, 2015 after a long battle with cancer, COPD, and Emphysema. John enjoyed music, fishing, playing poker, restoring furniture, printing, painting, most of all just being with family and friends. He was born in Pontiac, Illinois on June 30, 1952. John, he is the son of Ivan and Margaret Schott. He moved to Colorado and made it his home for over 40 years. He is preceded in death by his dad, Ivan Schott. Survived by his Wife of 40 years Pamela Burr, Daughter Amy, Son in law Craig, Grandchildren: Clayton, Jacquelynn and Dominic, Mother Margaret Schott, Brother Michael Burr, Richard Schott, Joseph Schott, David Schott, Sisters Linda Dunkin, Marie French, Ann Benjamin, Rosemary Rowe and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed. There will be a celebration of life for John, forthcoming. The family will announce a time and place on facebook.
