Obituary John David Cooley, 56, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Sunday, April 24, 2011. He was born March 9, 1955 in Martin, Kentucky, to the late Edward Arnold Cooley and Glenna Hale Cooley Fraley. John was a graduate of Allen Central High School, the University of Kentucky and UK College of Law. He was a recipient of Fayette County Bar Association Law Day Award for pro bono legal services, former Chairperson of Kentucky Developmental Disabilities Planning Council and member of The National Disabilities Planning Council. He is survived by his brothers, Edward (Stephanie) Cooley of Lexington, Kentucky and William (Edmonia) Cooley of Cincinnati, Ohio; his niece Sarah Cooley and nephews Gary, Christopher and Ryan Cooley. Funeral Information Visitation will be 6-8pm, Wednesday, April 27 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing. Funeral Service will be 10am, Thursday, April 28 at Clark Legacy Center, officiated by Rev. David Howard. A Graveside Service will take place Thursday, 3pm at Joe Hall Cemetery in Topmost, Kentucky.
