9:00 a.m., Tues., May 15, 2007 Sacred Heart Catholic Church 812 Bowker St. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 John Edward D’Entremont, 60, a 23 year resident of Lacey, Washington, died of a heart attack on May 8, 2007. He was born March 14, 1947 in Charlevoix, Michigan to Bill and Billie (Smith) D’Entremont. On January 2, 1971, in Windthorst, Texas, he married the former Marion Pauline Schreiber, who survives. He served in the United States Navy from 1966 – 1970 during the Vietnam War obtaining the rank of BT2. He was a long haul truck driver and car and motorcycle mechanic. John’s hobbies included motorcycles, cars, and hunting. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lacey. John lived in Oxnard and San Jose, California prior to moving to Lacey. Including his wife, Marion, John is survived by three sons, Phillip J. of San Diego, California, Mark E., of Centralia, Washington, Luke A., of Lacey; one daughter, Michelle L. Murphy, of Shelton, Washington; one brother, Robert, of Lovespark, Illinois; two sisters, Janis, of Florida and Margaret Copp, of Oahu, Hawaii; his mother, Billy, of Las Vegas, Nevada; and four grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his father, Bill and son Christopher. A public viewing will be held at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 812 Bowker St. SE, in Lacey followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. A graveside service with military honors will follow at Masonic Memorial Park, 455 North St. SE, Tumwater, Washington.
