"Ware - John Perham Forkey, 55, of Osborne Rd., passed away on June 29, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. He was born February 15, 1957 in Springfield son of Charles and Jean (Pelkey) Forkey. John had a passion for music as was a talented drummer. He is survived by his wife Debbra S. Hite-Forkey and six children Farrah, Caitlin, Violet, Kaliegh, Jensen and Charlotte. He also leaves a sister Lisa Antoine, brother Mark and 5 grandchildren. Calling hours will be Monday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. followed by a service at 7:00 p.m. all at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's School in Ware. "
