John Anthony Hall

     Jon Hall was born in The Dalles in Oregon. After attending school in Portland, Oregon, Jon enlisted in The United States Air Force from 1966 to 1969. Always being such a hardworking individual, Jon started working at the age of 12 as a paperboy with his own route. Jon then enjoyed success working with Red Eagle Trucking Company, Federal Government, United States Department of Agriculture, and The Department of Forrest Services. Jon enjoyed his adventures, and would often bring one of his cats during his younger years, back to Yellowstone where he worked.  

     After 45 years of marriage with his first wife, Diane, he then met Patricia. Jon and Patricia enjoyed eating breakfast together at Eddy's and playing with their Maine Coon, Misty, while enjoying their days together. Jon loved getting in his pickup truck and driving to the store every morning to get sweets for him and cat treats for Misty. Jon will absolutely be missed and those that have known him will always remember his home as the "Bison House". He just loved dressing up his Bison yard statues for every holiday. Jon was a very generous man who would literally give you the shirt off his back. He will be missed by many and live in the memory of all that knew him.
