Keane, John F. ?Johnny?, 70, of Clearwater, formerly of St. Petersburg died Wednesday March 15, 2006 at Morton Plant Hospital. Born in County Galway, Ireland he moved to St. Petersburg in 1964 from New York and then to Clearwater in 1986. He was a veteran and a taxi driver. He was a Roman Catholic, a Foster Parent for 24 years and a member of the Foster Parent Association. He was predeceased by his son, Robert J. Parcelles, Jr. in 2004. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Virginia; a daughter, Bonnie Delk, St. Petersburg, a son, Charles William Parcelles, Germantown, VA; a brother, Edmund Keane, New York City, NY; two grandchildren: Dreh Saxon and Heather Paara; and four great-grandchildren: Branden Gallant, Brittney Gallant, Devon Gooding, and Remi Paara.
