June 26th, 1956 - April 9th, 2017
John Long loving son, husband, father, and grandfather and friends to many passed away on April 9th 2017 in Federal Way, Washington at the age of 60.John was born in Brattleboro,Vermont the son of Chester and Mary Long.He is survived by his loving wife Cindy of 7 years, mom Mary Long of Florida, son Trent of Federal Way son Dan of Ohio, daughter Miranda of Florida, brother Chet Long of Alabama, sister Terry Lutjens of Florida, six grandchildren Kyla,Rylie, Aly, Dylan,Coby, Macy.He served in the United States Air Force as a Air Traffic Control Operator. He was also a member of the Mason's lodge in Vermont.He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and all country ways of life. His dog "Rocko" was his best buddy.During his employment at Walmart he gained many friends that cared about him and his family. He enjoyed having a vast collection of Invicta watches and wearing them.He was my Country Guy and I was his City Girl.He is proceeded in death by his father Chester Long.No date has been set for the Memorial Service.
