November 30th, 1929 - December 8th, 2008
Marzilli, John J. Sr., 79 of Apollo Beach, Fla passed away December 8, 2008. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict and retired from GTE after 31 years of service. He was a member of St Anne Catholic Church,the Apollo Beach Golf and Sea Club, and the GTE Quarter Century Club. (QCC). Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Patricia, six children, Lisa Marzilli, John, Jr. and his wife, Mary McBride, Christopher and his wife, Nancy, Joseph and his wife, Patty, Kevin Marzilli and Gregory Norris, Lori Carrigan and her husband, Daniel, a brother, Joseph Marzilli, a sister, Eileen Marzilli, a sister in law, Elaine Marzilli, and four grandchildren, Joshua, Christopher Michael, Alyssa and Samuel. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm Friday, December 12, 2008 with a wake service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2008 at St Anne Catholic Church, 106 11th Avenue N.E., Ruskin, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either: St. Anne Catholic Church Building Fund or St. Anne Conference St.Vincent de Paul and mailed to St. Anne Catholic Church, 106 11th Avenue N.E., Ruskin, FL 33570.
