John Adam Metz , 71 , of Irmo, SC, husband of the late Judy Metz, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018. He was born on April 6, 1947, in Lexington, SC, to the late Clarence and Kathleen Gates Metz. He was a retired mechanic and a member of Earlewood Baptist Church in Columbia, SC. John is survived by a daughter, Kathy Muller; two sisters, Miriam Backman and Melba Metts; four brothers, Fred, Rex, Ernie and Donald Metz; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. No services are planned.
