John Louis Persak, 80, of Largo, FL, and formerly of Downers Grove, IL passed away on September 3, 2024. 

 

John was born on June 10, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Louis and Rosalie Slabasz Miskiewicz Persak. He married Carol Webb, and she survives. 

 

Also surviving are his two daughters, Cyndi Bradford and Tina Persak; sister, Christine Persak; grandchildren, Kayla Johnston, Taylor Wallace, Diesel Bradford, Thomas Dombrowski, Richard Dombrowski, III, and Tamara Suarez, and great grandchildren, Delilah Johnston, Lucas Suarez, Leo Suarez, Brayden Dombrowski, and Juniper Dombrowski. 

 

Preceding John in death are his parents; and one brother, Tom Persak. 

John was a Draftsman for David Architectural Metals.  He was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and he will be greatly missed.

 

A Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20th from 2pm to 4pm at Reese Funeral Home, 6767 Seminole Blvd, Seminole, FL.  Cremation rights will follow.
